Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information CollabGarden collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CollabGarden you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

When you create an account or join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, county and town, social media handles, follower count, niche, and (for businesses) your business name and type. We also store the campaigns, applications, messages, and reviews you create on the platform.

How we use your information

We use your information to match creators with businesses, calculate your CollabScore, power search and discovery, send transactional and notification emails, and operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage

Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate CollabGarden: Supabase (database and authentication), Gmail SMTP (transactional email), Anthropic (optional AI content tools), and Notion (internal operations tracking). These providers process only the data needed to provide their service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically Supabase authentication session cookies that keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing collabgardennj@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
