Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use CollabGarden. Creators must be based in New Jersey and maintain an authentic audience. Businesses must operate in or serve New Jersey communities.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate others or create accounts using false information.

Creators should have a genuine, NJ-based following (generally 4,000+ followers) and an authentic audience. Buying followers or engagement, or misrepresenting your reach, is prohibited and may result in removal.

Businesses must post accurate campaign descriptions, honor the terms they offer, and fund escrow promptly for paid deals. Misleading campaigns may be removed.

CollabGarden supports five deal types: free food, free product, paid collaboration, event invite, and brand partnership. For paid deals, funds are held in escrow and auto-released to the creator 7 days after the deliverable is submitted, unless a dispute is opened.

Fake followers or engagement, spam, harassment, fraudulent deals, and any unlawful activity are prohibited. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Creators own the content they produce. By completing a deal, you grant the partnering business a limited license to use that content as agreed for the specific campaign.

CollabGarden is free to use during our launch period. Any future pricing will be clearly posted before it takes effect. We never take a commission on creator earnings.

Either party may close their account at any time. Upon termination, we delete associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

CollabGarden is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from deals arranged between creators and businesses.
